Poco launches its cheapest smartphone in India: Check price, specs, details

Poco M2 is here. It is the watered-down version of Poco M2 Pro and as rumored shares a bunch of similarities with Redmi 9 Prime. Hence, most of the underlying specs and features should come as no surprise. The handset brings an Helio G80 chipset, 5000mAh battery, and an FHD+ display amid other things.

Poco M2 Highlights

Starting with the display, you’ve gotta 6.53-inch FHD+ 60Hz waterdrop LCD display. In the indent lies an 8MP selfie clicker. Flip to the back, there is a 13MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide snapper, a 5MP macro module, and a 2MP depth sensor.

There is Poco branding by the back. The design comes with p2i nano-coating and watertight seals.

The internal machinery comprises of an Helio G80 silicon along with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM, up to 128GB of storage, and a 5000mAh battery. The phone does support 18W fast charging, up to 512GB of expandable storage, Android 10 based MIUI 11 software with Ad-free Poco launcher, dual 4G SIM, dual-VoLTE, dual-band WiFi IR blaster, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Poco M2 Price and Availability

Xiaomi has priced the Poco M2 at Rs 10,999 for the 6GB + 64GB variant and Rs.12,499 for the 6GB + 128GB version. The phones will go on sale through Flipkart from September 15 at 12 noon.
