OnePlus must be prepping for the launch of Nord CE 5G. Tomorrow, i.e. on June 10th, the company is set to launch this phone along with its OnePlus U1S TV. However, just a day before launch, we have got our hands on the marketing material of Nord CE 5G. That’s on top of all the leaks, rumors, and official teasers leading to this date.
So, read on to catch up on everything that’s out there about the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. By the end, we have also shared some scoop on the U1S TV.
But first —
OnePlus Nord CE 5G Preview
OnePlus Nord shares the design cues of the original Nord. It has got a left-leaning punch-hole display on the front and a camera oblong by the back. The selfie snapper could carry a 16MP sensor. Meanwhile, the rear setup could house a 64MP primary camera roomed with an 8MP ultra-wide snapper and a 2MP depth shooter.
In the promo shots, the display appears to have slim bezels on all but the bottom side. It is expected to be AMOLED with 6.43-inches in size, FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint reader. The poster exhibit the Nord CE 5G in teal, dark gray, and a white-ish hue. The company has already revealed that the device will be just 7.9mm thick. And as you can see from the above pics, the Nord CE 5G sports a 3.5mm headphone jack too.
Inside, the phone is said to feature Snapdragon 750G chipset, the one that’s present within the Xiaomi Mi 10i (review). Some space will be allotted to a 4,500mAh cell that is likely to be supported by 30W fast charging.
OnePlus could offer the handset in multiple memory capacities going all the way up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The software version could be Android 11 with OxygenOS on top. Other things in the mix could include things like the alert slider, dual-mic system, USB-C socket, dual SIM, VoLTE, VoWiFi, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.

OnePlus Nord CE 5G is expected to be cheaper than the original Nord and hence could come at a sub-25k price tag. Noted leakster Ishan Agarwal claims the phone could start at ₹22,999. Post tomorrow’s launch, the company could open the pre-booking window the very next day on June 11th. Set your reminders for tomorrow’s event and keep an eye on the launch offers.
In this event, as aforementioned, we would be seeing the OnePlus TV U1S which is reportedly a 4K DLED TV with 60Hz refresh rate, 300 nits brightness, 1.07 billion colors, 93% DCI-P3 color coverage, ΔE<2 color accuracy, MEMC support, and prominent HDR formats like HDR 10+ and HLG.
If leaks are to be believed, the OnePlus TV U1S 50inch model could start at ₹37,999, the 55inch one at ₹45,999 and the biggest one with 65-inch size priced at ₹60,999. Needless to say, take these along with most of the details shared above with a grain of salt until official details are out.
