OnePlus is preparing to hold a launch event in India on July 8th, during which the company will unveil two new smartphones and the next generation of TWS Buds. The OnePlus Buds 4 will be introduced alongside the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord 5 CE smartphones this coming Tuesday. The new TWS Buds will be available in Storm Grey and Zen Green colors. The Amazon microsite has verified that these buds will include 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters, as well as dual DAC units. The OnePlus Buds 4 will be compatible with the LHDC 5.0 audio codec, providing an immersive 3D Spatial Audio experience, and will also feature Hi-Res audio certification as an added benefit.
OnePlus has officially announced that the Buds 4 will feature 55dB Adaptive ANC and a transparency mode, complemented by a three-microphone system that includes feed-forward, feedback, and talk microphones for AI-enhanced noise cancellation. Users will reportedly be able to enjoy real-time AI Translation with just a tap using the OnePlus Buds 4 earphones.

The TWS Buds are set to feature Bluetooth 5.4, enabling dual device connectivity and Steady Connect technology, which ensures a reliable Bluetooth connection even in outdoor settings. Additionally, a specific gaming mode will be available, offering ultra-low latency of up to 47ms. Regarding battery performance, the Buds are anticipated to deliver 45 hours of usage on a single charge when used with the charging case. When used independently, the Buds will provide up to 11 hours of battery life.
