OnePlus 8T with Android 11, 65W charger, and 120Hz display starts at ₹42,999 in India

It’s autumn and OnePlus is here with its T-series update. The OnePlus 8T is a small refresh over the original, with significant upgrades in some areas. The fresh highlights include a 65W charger, Android 11, and a 120Hz flat display. The brand has also made some changes to the camera setup.

OnePlus 8T features

OnePlus 8T presents a 6.55-inch flat AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, 1100nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Within the punch hole abodes a 32MP selfie snapper.

Rotate and by the rear, you’d find an L-shaped camera layout, housing a 48MP primary shooter, accompanied by 16MP ultrawide, a 5MP macro, and a 2MP monochrome lens. You can shoot up to 4K60fps from the back camera while the front only supports 1080p30fps.

You can unlock the device using facial scanning or in-display fingerprint reader. Inside, Android 11 is present with OxygenOS 11 skin on top. The software now has new delicacies like Always-on Display, Group Zen mode, etc.

Under the hood, you are getting Snapdragon 865 silicon paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 storage. The phone is powered by a 4500mAh battery that can be charged using the bundled 65W fast charger. OnePlus claims that Warp Charge 65 can fill the tank in mere 15 minutes.

OnePlus 8T Price and Availability

OnePlus has priced the 8+128GB model for Rs. 42,999, while the bigger 12+256GB unit will cost you Rs. 45,999 in the country.

The 8T goes on early access sale via Amazon India and OnePlus.in starting October 16 and open sales from October 17.
