Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Launched in India starting at Rs. 27,999

Months after venturing into the mid-budget segment with Nothing Phone 2a, Carl Pei’s Nothing has now taken another leap by announcing the enhanced version of Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus has arrived in India for a starting price of under 30,000. The Nothing Phone 2a Plus retains the same 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED panel but gets an upgrade in other departments.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus: Price & Availability

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus comes in two storage configurations-

  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage-Rs. 27,999
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage-Rs. 29,999

It comes in Grey and Black hues and will go on sale starting 7th August via Flipkart.

With launch offers including a 2000 INR instant discount on all bank credit and debit cards, the effective price will go down to Rs. 24,999.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus: Specifications

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7350 chipset with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED flexible panel with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 1300 nits brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

It runs Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.6 out of the box and supports dual Nano SIM connectivity. In terms of camera, there is a 50MP main sensor with OIS at the back along with a 50MP ultrawide camera. At the front is a 50MP selfie sensor that can record 4K videos at up to 30fps.

Under the hood, it draws juice from a 5000mAh battery with 50W wired fast charging. Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, IP54 rating, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB Type-C, WiFi 6, and more. The smartphone weighs 190 grams and has a thickness of 8.55mm.

Talking about design, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus comes with a metallic finish on the back. It retains LED for the glyph on the back with 3 separations and 26 LED lighting zones, thus staying in line with Nothing’s signature design.
