Canon EOS M50 4K Mirrorless Camera Launched: Release Date, Price and Specs

While Canon launched its entry-level segment EOS 1500D and 3000D in India, it also announced its first mirrorless 4K camera along with EOS Rebel T7. The EOS M50 features DIGIC 8 processor with a 24.1megapixel sensor and interchangeable lens capabilities.

Canon EOS M50 Features

Other than shooting at 4K resolutions, the Canon EOS M50 is also capable of shooting HD videos at 120fps. The mirrorless camera comes with built-in OLED electronic viewfinder (EVF) which supports touch-and-drag autofocus.

It also gets a fully articulating touchscreen LCD display. Canon has also packed its Dual Pixel autofocus system which proves beneficial in its new silent mode. The Canon EOS M50 connectivity options include Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth using these options a user can connect his/her camera to a smartphone for remote shooting and sharing images.

Canon Rebel T7

The Canon EOS Rebel T7, aka EOS 2000D, is a successor to EOS Rebel T6 (aka EOS 1300D) entry-level DSLR Camera. The major difference between the two is a bump in the megapixel count from 18MP to 24MP, new APS-C sensor, optical viewfinder.

It also comes with built-in Wi-Fi and NFC as connectivity options. Just like its predecessor, it comes with a three-inch LCD screen, 9-point phase-detection autofocus, 3fps burst shooting speed and 1080p video recording at 30fps.
