Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, Moto G31 design, specs revealed

Motorola is all set to launch new flagship devices in the market. Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is rumored to be launched soon and it will be rebranded as Motorola Edge X in select markets. Also, Moto G31 is gearing up for launch soon. Now ahead of the launch, various design renders and specs of both models have surfaced online. Let us have a look at them.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Design

Leakster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks has shared some images which reveal the design of the Moto Edge 30 Ultra.

Renders show that the device will feature a capsule-shaped camera module that will house 3 camera sensors. The rear side has a slight curve by the edges. Anyways, on the right side, there is the power button and volume keys. The bottom side has the speaker and USB-C port. Flip to the front, and there is the selfie snapper lying within a punch-hole cutout.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Expected Specs

OnLeaks claim that Motorola Edge 30 Ultra will sport a 6.6-inch flat OLED display with a punch-hole cut-out and a high 144Hz refresh rate. It will have HDR10+ support and be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 SoC.

Moto Edge 30 Ultra will feature up to 12GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options and will run Android 11 out of the box with Moto’s skin on top.

In the camera department, the smartphone will feature a rear triple camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, 50MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP third sensor. On the front will be a whopping 60MP selfie snapper for selfies and video calls.

Moto Edge 30 Ultra is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support and will be rated IP52 for water/dust resistance. Connectivity options will include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C port.

Moto G31 Design

Several images of the Moto G31 surfaced in October, which revealed its design. Now, the device has appeared in press renders which have revealed the official design and specs. The images showcase the phone with a vertically aligned triple camera setup on the left of the rear panel. The Motorola logo is a little above the center with a slight indentation showing an embedded fingerprint sensor.

The power key, volume buttons, and the Google Assistant Key reside on the right size, while the front has a centered punch-hole display.

Moto G31 Specs

Earlier reports stated that Moto G31 will arrive in 2 colors- black and blue. It will feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and run Android 11. It will pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood with a 10W fast charger. The device will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a secondary microphone with a SIM card slot, USB Type-C port, and speaker grille.

The launch date of the device is still a mystery.
