Moto X4 Goes Official: Dual Camera and Alexa Assistant in the House

Lenovo-owned Motorola unleashed a new Android smartphone, the Moto X4, at a special event in Berlin. The new Moto X4 comes in a metal and glass body and includes Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant out of the box (which you can access even when the device is locked).

Moto X4 Specifications and Feature

Here, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with microSD card support (expand it to up to 2TB). The handset runs on Android Nougat software and houses a 3000mAh battery with turbo charging facility.

As far as optics go, the Moto X4’s dual-rear facing camera comes equipped with 12MP dual autofocus pixel sensor + 8MP sensor with ultra-wide angle lens with 120° fields of view (Implementation is same as LG’s). The back camera also features a dual LED flash, Ultra-wide angle shot, Professional mode, and Slo-motion video support. Whereas, the front facing camera has a 16MP sensor with selfie flash, f/2.0 aperture and Beautification mode.

Other properties of the Moto X4 include a 5.2-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels, a front mounted fingerprint sensor and a pre-installed Amazon’s Alexa voice command feature.

Connectivity options on the Moto X4 include 4G LTE support, 3 microphones, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB port C, and GPS.

Moto X4 India Price and Availability

The company offers the Moto X4 in two color variants, Super Black and Sterling Blue, and it will be available worldwide starting this fall. Europe is among the first regions to get it this September starting at €399. The Indian entry of the product is expected soon. It’s likely to be priced for around 30,000 INR.
