Moto e6s with 4GB RAM and 13MP rear camera launched at Rs. 7,999

Continuing with its pre-festival season launch spree, Lenovo has introduced the entry-grade Moto e6s in India. The handset was first introduced as the Moto E6 Plus at IFA 2019 and the same has been rebranded as Moto e6s for the Indian market. 

The Moto E6s marks the return of the Moto brand under the sub 10K price segment. 

Moto E6s Price and Availability

Lenovo’s partnership with Flipkart continues. The Moto E6S will retail on Flipkart from September 23 onwards. The Moto E6s price in India is Rs. 7,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.

Moto e6s Features

The Moto E6s rocks a 6.1-inch HD+ display (720×1560 pixels) with a waterdrop notch housing the selfie camera. The display has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 450nits of peak brightness.

The e6s employs octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset that’s accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The Moto dimple embeds a capacitive fingerprint sensor. The phone runs on stock-ish Android Pie with no bloatware apps or system-level ads.

The Moto e6s sports vertically stacked dual rear camera setup. The 13-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 lens act as primary sensor while a 2-megapixel employed for depth sensing. For selfies’ there is an 8-megapixel camera at the front with f/2.0 aperture.

The phone also has a dedicated microSD card slot that supports card up to 512GB. It features a 3,000mAh removable battery (those are a rarety in 2019). Moto ships a 10W charger inside the box.
