LG launches world’s first fully wireless and transparent OLED TV globally: Price, Specs

LG’s Signature Series highlights the brand’s premier next-generation televisions. Currently, the series features the OLED TV R, known for its rollable screen, which was introduced in 2019, and the OLED T, featuring a transparent display, unveiled in January 2025 at CES 2024. Recently, LG unveiled the world’s first wireless and transparent OLED TV, making it available in select markets worldwide.

LG Signature OLED T: Price & Availability

The LG Signature OLED T will be available in the US starting this month. More markets will join the list soon.

LG OLED T is priced at 60,000 USD aka Rs. 51,10,800 approximately in the US. Since LG did bring OLED TV R to India, we might get to see LG OLED T as well in the future. The company hasn’t announced the exact launch date, but we might get to hear about it soon.

LG Signature OLED T: Features

LG Signature OLED T features a 77-inch 4K OLED panel that can be switched between transparent and opaque modes using a button. The screen sports a 4K Ultra HD resolution with 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and a 4K AI upscaling feature. The display is powered by LG’s Alpha 11 processor.

In terms of gaming features, the television supports 4K 120Hz gameplay, Variable Refresh Rate, Auto Low Latency Mode, Adaptive Sync, and less than 0.1ms response time. The device has a T-Objet (AOD with pictures or art gallery), T-bar (notifications, sports, updates, weather information), T-Home, and more. Without the stand, the TV weighs around 60 kg and its dimensions are 69.6 x 41.1 x 10.3 inches.

The Signature T OLED comes with a downward-firing 4.2-channel speaker aided by Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and AI Enhancements. Connectivity options include HDMI, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 2.0, WiFi 6E, Internet, and more as part of Zero Connect Box.

Talking about the Signature T OLED, LG writes, “When in transparent mode, the OLED T offers a futuristic content experience that must be seen to be believed. The screen not only creates the illusion of content floating in mid-air but also produces a mesmerizing effect by merging the on-screen visuals with the surrounding space.”
