The device offers an option choice between 2 GB and 4 GB RAM variants with internal storage options of 64 GB and 128 GB. It flaunts a 10.1 inch full HD display with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a pixel density of 224 ppi. Lenovo Thinkpad packs a 5 MP main shooter with LED flash and a 1.3 MP fixed focus snapper on the front. Though the products initially runs on Windows 8.1, it is marked as a Windows 10 tablet.
