Lenovo has been pretty much under the lights for the latest additions in the smartphone lineup. Lately we have seen Lenovo K3 Note, Lenovo A7000, Lenovo A6000 Plus and a low budget Lenovo A5000 going off from the standby mode into action mode. Having grabbed all sorts of attention already, Lenovo still seems restless to go bigger and better. Lenovo has announced Lenovo K80 which will be an Intel Atom processor based smartphone after the launch of Asus Zenfone 2 which too possesses the same processor.
Lenovo K80 features a 64 bit quad core Intel Atom processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. The roaring feature of the smartphone is the whopping 4 GB RAM which is available only in Asus Zenfone 2 and Xioami Mi Note Pro as of now. The smartphone comes with 64 GB of internal storage onboard. K80 sports 5.5 inch HD display with a screen resolution that supports 1080p display. The phone comes with LTE support and is expected to come in another version with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Speaking of the camera, a 13 MP primary auto focus lens with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and LED flash is an elite imaging assistant. K80 features Android Lollipop out of the box.

Lenovo K80 has initially been announced for China only and there is no news about its launch in other markets yet. Lenovo K80 price is China has been fixed as $290. Another variant with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage is expected to surface out. The smartphone goes on for sale in China starting April 30.
