Indian homegrown brand Lava has added a new smartphone to its Blaze line-up in the country. Lava Blaze 2 has officially launched in India today with a premium design, and top-of-the-line specs that too for an under 10k price point.

Lava Blaze 2: Price & Availability

The Lava Blaze 2 is priced at Rs. 8999 for the lone 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration.

It will retail via Amazon starting April 18 at 12 PM and will be available in Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Orange colorways.

Lava Blaze 2: Specifications

Lava Blaze 2 is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T616 chipset with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It has 5GB Virtual RAM support and storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

The smartphone sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with an HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 269 PPI pixel density, and a punch-hole cutout at the center for the selfie camera. It runs Android 12 OS and is confirmed to get 2 years of security updates and an Android 13 update.

The Lava Blaze 2 has a dual camera setup at the back including a 13MP main and a 2MP additional camera. The main camera comes with Night, AI Pro, portrait, beauty, slow motion, HDR, and more. There is an 8MP selfie camera at the front.

The Lava Blaze 2 packs a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 18W fast charging support. It also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port,  GPS, WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button and face unlock support.
