Reliance Jio To Reportedly Extend Free Services Till June For Rs. 100

Reliance Jio may have affected incumbent operators badly but the customers have been making the most of its extended free data and voice services. If the latest reports are to be believed, there soon will be more reason for 72 million+ subscriber of the company to rejoice.

According to Economic Times, Reliance Jio may soon introduce a new tempting tariff plan which will let users extend free services for the next three months, that is till June 30, 2017. All existing users will have to shell out a nominal charge of Rs. 100 to continue enjoying free data service after 31st March. Also, the world’s fastest growing startup is expected to hit 100 million subscriber mark till March.

Though Jio is growing at a rapid pace its network failed to meet the burgeoning needs of its ever growing subscriber base. To improve its services, the company recently made its mind to invest a whopping Rs. 30,000 crore to improve its network capabilities. Jio has so far invested Rs 1,71,000 crore in developing this massive nationwide network.

Other operators are in no mood to lower their swords for the newcomer. Almost everyone has attractive free data and voice plans lined up and many have also slashed their tariff plans to keep up the fight with Jio and its free services. With the intensifying competitions, it is the end consumers who will benefit the most.
