Reliance Jio has partnered with Google to offer 18 months of free Gemini AI Pro access to its users. The collaboration marks one of the biggest AI subscription initiatives in the world, covering Jio’s massive user base of over 505 million subscribers.

The program begins with a focused rollout for users aged 18 to 25 on ₹349 or higher recharge plans. This group, largely students and young professionals, will be the first to experience Gemini AI Pro’s premium features such as better conversational tools, priority updates, Nano Banana, Veo 2, and 2TB of cloud storage.

A wider rollout is expected soon, expanding the benefit to all eligible Jio users across India. Once fully launched, it could transform how millions use AI for education, business, and daily productivity.

The Best AI Partnership for Consumers

Gemini Pro for FREE

Speaking of it, Google’s Gemini AI Pro deal is honestly one of the best AI offers we’ve seen so far. You’re getting 2TB of cloud storage, access to NanoBanana, one of the top AI-powered image editing tools, and Veo 2, all free for 18 months. That’s the longest free AI subscription currently available, and easily the most value-for-money one.

It’s genuinely impressive and worth grabbing while it lasts. In comparison, Airtel’s Perplexity offer runs for a year, which is great, but this Jio x Google partnership clearly takes it up a notch with more features and a longer duration.

At the same time, OpenAI’s ChatGPT Go is also free for a year for both new and existing users in India, so you can take advantage of that as well if you’re exploring multiple AI tools.

Overall, this is a massive step in making advanced AI accessible to everyone. If you’re a Jio user, this is absolutely worth claiming.
