Infinix Zero 8i with 90Hz display, G90T SoC launched in India for ₹14999

Infinix has introduced its Zero 8i smartphone in India. The phone comes with a Mediatek Helio G90T gaming chipset, a 90Hz panel, dual selfie cameras, and a quad-camera setup by the back. You can pick the device in Silver Diamond and Black Diamond variants.

Infinix Zero 8i Specs and Features

On the front, the handset has got a 6.85-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The screen to body ratio is 90.5-percent and the display’s pixel density is 480ppi. To the top left corner, there is a dual punch hole camera housing a 16 MP + 8 MP (ultrawide) duo.

As for the rear, you are getting a quartet comprising a 48MP main lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2 MP depth sensor, and lastly an AI sensor. You can shoot up to FHD at 30fps from both front and back. The phone’s fingerprint reader is present by the side. In case you’re wondering, yes, there is a face unlocking option as well.

Infinix Zero 8i launched in India

Internally, the Zero 8i helms a Mediatek Helio G90T gaming processor. This is paired with 8gigs of RAM and 128GB of storage. Infinix has employed a multi-dimensional liquid cooling mechanism that curtails the temperature by 4°C t ~ 6°C.The expandability is up to 256 GB using a microSD card. On top of this hardware, Infinix has laid an Android 10 based XOS 7 software.

A 4500mAh battery keeps the phone running backed by a 33W quick charger. The rest of the repertoire consists of a USB-C socket, dual 4G VOLTE, Bluetooth 5, WiFi, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
