Transsion Holding’s online-only brand Infinix has launched its first selfie-centric smartphone – the Hot S3 in India. The new phone will adhere to latest smartphone trends like the 18:9 display and runs on Android Oreo out of the box.

Infinix Hot S3 Features and Highlights
The biggest highlight of the Infinix Hot S3 is its camera. The under Rs 10,000 packs a 16-megapixel selfie camera along with flash. On the flip side, it features 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash.

The Hot S3 comes with a metallic finish design with 18:9 HD+ taking the center stage on the front. Under the hood, Infinix employs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 system-on-chip that is supported by two RAM and ROM variants. The base variant comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage while the top variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
The phone flaunts a fingerprint sensor on the rear side and company say it will be introducing face unlock in a future update. The phone comes with 4000mAh battery with a regular charger.

Infinix Hot S3 Price and Release Date
The price for Infinix Hot S3 in India is set at Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 10,999 for its 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM variants, respectively. At this price point, the phone will compete against the likes of Redmi 4 and Infocus Vision 3.
The new Infinix phone will be exclusively available on Flipkart. The Hot S3 first sale will be held on February 12. It will be offered in Black and Gold hues.
