Hisense India Launches Three New Smart TVs At An Affordable Price

Hisense India, on Tuesday, released three new television models, including the U7K, U6K, and E7K. While the former is placed as a premium model, the latter two are quite affordable. These televisions offer Mini LED brilliance, billion-plus vibrant color palettes, and intelligent AI enhancements. Further, the company is offering an additional year of warranty for early adopters. Here’s everything one needs to know about the three new TVs, their features, and prices.

The Hisense E7K televisions are available in four screen sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. All models feature a QLED panel with 4K resolution and a maximum brightness of 250 nits. Although, the refresh rate maxes out at 60Hz. The device has a total speaker output of 24W and supports Dolby Atmos.

The Hisense E7K also features smart TV features. Users can stream content from popular apps like YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, Netflix, Zee5, etc. The product ships with a quad-core chip and 4GB of memory to run and store all these apps. Regarding connectivity, users get three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

In the box, the company provides a remote, two table stands, one wall mount, and a warranty card. The company offers a two-year warranty with the product, which increases to three years for those who get the product between October 1 and November 15, 2023.

Regarding the price and availability, the Hisense E7K will be available on Flipkart at Rs. 24,999 for the 43-inch model, while the top-end 65-inch model will cost Rs. 49,999.

The Hisense U6K is available in three screen sizes, including 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. All the variants have a QLED panel that provides 4K resolution, have speakers that generate an output of 24W, and support advanced video/audio formats like Dolby Vision, HDR10, and Dolby Atmos. It also has a peak brightness of 600+ nits.

The model offers significantly better specifications than the E7K, including a panel that supports up to 120Hz HRR refresh rate in the Game Mode Plus (including auto low latency mode). It also features a quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Further, the television comes with Google TV, allowing users to access a host of apps from the Play Store, including YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar SonyLiv, etc. Google TV is generally easy to navigate and provides a seamless viewing experience. Other product features include Quantum Dot Color, Light Sensing technology, and a bezel-less floating design. In terms of connectivity, the TV has three HDMI ports, two USB 2.0 ports, supports Bluetooth 5, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Regarding the price, those who pre-book the 43-inch Hisense U6K smart TV through Amazon (for Rs. 500) can get it for Rs. 25,999. Further, booking the product in advance also gets users another year of warranty, increasing the total to four years of comprehensive warranty, which is hard to find in models under Rs. 30,000.

The Hisense U7K offers top-end features like a 240Hz panel, local array dimming technology for better contrast management, Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, AMD FreeSync technology for better gaming, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Further, the TV has 2.1 channel speakers that generate a total output of 49W, including support for Dolby Atmos. In other words, this model should provide a better viewing experience than the others.

The Hisense U7K features a Mini-LED panel with 4K resolution. Under the hood, the product has a quad-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM for faster processing and 8GB of inbuilt storage. However, unlike the U6K, this one doesn’t feature Google TV integration. Instead, it runs on the VIDAA operating system. Nonetheless, users can still download and install their favorite content streaming apps.

The connectivity features on the product remain similar to the other models. However, the pre-book benefits are worth taking a look at. Those who pre-book the Hisense U7K on Amazon can get the 55-inch model at Rs. 54,999, four years of warranty, and a free 4K Fire TV Stick worth Rs. 5,999. One can also purchase the product in 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch screen sizes.
