GM6 Is The First Android One Phone With A Fingerprint Sensor

0

Android One project isn’t making much headway, at least in this part of the world, but Google still believes in it and is pushing Android One phones where ever it can. Turkish manufacturer, General Mobiles presented GM6, the first Android One device that comes with a fingerprint sensor.

The GM6 is understandably powered by entry-grade 1.5GHz MT6737T octa-core chip paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The 5-inch HD display on the phone is protected by Gorilla Glass 4.

Other features include a 13-megapixel camera with Dual LED Flash, an 8-megapixel front shooter with selfie flash, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4G LTE, mono speaker, 3.5mm audio jack and a 3000mAh battery.

Of course, this is running the latest Android Nougat software and will continue receiving version updates and security patches for at least 2 more years.
