Coolpad Mega 2.5D with 3GB RAM And 8MP front Camera Launched At Rs. 6,999

Coolpad has today added another feather in its hat by launching another ‘Premium Budget’ smartphone Mega 2.5D in India. This selfie-centric smartphone features an 8-megapixel front camera with wide aperture lens, annd wide field  tailored to capture best selfies. It will go on sale on Amazon India from 24 August (flash sale). The Coolpad Mega 2.5D Price in India is 6,999 INR.

The smartphone houses a 5.5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 2.5D curved glass. Under the hood of Coolpad Mega 2.5D, there is a MediaTek Mt6735P chipset coupled with Mali T720 GPU. It comes with 3gigs of RAM for smooth multitasking experience and 16GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card, to store media files.

In optics section, the new Coolpad Mega is studded with an 8-megapixel primary camera with a sony sensor, f/2.0 aperture LED flash and phase detection autofocus. On the front, it sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture, smart beautification, and 83-degree wide angle lens. Feature such as HDR, GIF, collage, HD video recording and professional shooting mode are supported on both cameras.

The Coolpad Mega 2.5D is backed by a 2500mAh battery and comes out of the box running Andriod Marshmallow 6.0 based Cool UI. Coolpad has added several new features like scrolling screen shots, one handed unlock, etc. to its custom interface. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, and Bluetooth 4.0, MicroUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack.
