TL; DR
  • After a nine-month wait, CMF Watch 3 Pro has finally launched in India.
  • It goes on sale via Flipkart on May 8, starting at ₹6,999.
  • Dual-band GPS, ChatGPT integration, and a 13-day battery headline its feature set.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is now officially available in India, and even though it took the company nine months to launch the device in one of its key markets, the smartwatch sure has the potential to turn some heads and wrists.

For now, the wearable device goes up against a segment that is largely dominated by brands like boAt and Noise. However, the CMF Watch 3 Pro surely brings a feature set that looks ready to take the fight.

CMF Watch 3 Pro: Key Features & Specifications

Out of the box, the Watch 3 Pro sports a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED panel that supports a 60Hz refresh rate and a 466 x 466 resolution. The peak brightness goes up to 670 nits, which is quite great in isolation, especially for outdoor viewing, but doesn’t quite match a couple of models in the segment that peak around 1,000 nits.

The chassis is brushed aluminum, and the straps are swappable (made from liquid silicone). For water and dust resistance, the smartwatch carries an IP68 ingress protection rating. On the software side of things, the wearables come with ChatGPT integration and gesture-based shortcuts.

As a fitness tracker, the device offers 131 sports modes, can monitor your heart rate, track your blood-oxygen levels, stress, and sleep stages, making it an all-rounder. It even offers an AI-powered personal running coach that provides insights on your running sessions, along with customized training plans.

What’s really unique on the device is the dual-band multi-system GPS, which, if you ask me, is quite rare at this price. It delivers far more precise outdoor movement and workout tracking than single-band rivals do. The optical sensor promises up to seven percent better accuracy during workouts as well.

Finally, the watch is rated to last up to 13 days under typical usage, yet another advantage over most competitors in the segment. You can manage the smartwatch’s settings, including the watch faces, via the Nothing X app.
