The domestic smartphone maker, Centric, has announced its new budget phone, Centric L3, in India. The major highlights of the phone are its ergonomic design, a dedicated microSD card slot, and a front-mounted fingerprint sensor.
“At CENTRiC, we know how important a smartphone with good technological specifications is for the young generation of our country. And, that’s why we have launched L3 which has all the desired specifications in the right budget. With L3, we aim to become the category leaders,” siad Mr. Manish Agarwal, Founder, Centric Mobiles.
Centric L3 Features
The Centric L3 flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280 × 720) IPS Oncell display that sharp, vivid, and has good viewing angles. Under the hood, the phone is powered by entry-level 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage. The phone’s storage can be expanded up to 256GB via dedicated microSD card slot.
In optics, the Centric L3 features a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. While up front, it has a 5MP front camera. With the L3 camera, you can shoot HD videos at 30FPS and enjoy a full HD video playback.
The dual-sim Centric L3 comes running on Android Nougat out of the box and houses a 3050mAh battery. The phone is also loaded with some additional features like gesture control, HotKnot, Light, Proximity and Triaxial Acceleration sensors.
Centric L3 Price and Availability
The Centric L3 has been priced in India aggressively at Rs 6749 and will be available at select retail stores across the country. In the subcontinent, the phone will compete against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 5A and 10.or D.
