Leading e-commerce portal Flipkart.com recently announced the introduction of the ‘Sell Back Program that allows customers a platform to sell their used mobile phones while receiving the right buy-back value in the form of a Flipkart E-Gift voucher. The program will be applicable on all phones whether purchased via Flipkart or not. The program is currently live across 1700 pin codes in India. Here is how it works-

  1. Visit the Flipkart app and select “Sell back” from the options in the bottom bar.
  2. Assess the value of the used mobile phone by answering 3 simple questions.
  3. Post confirmation, a Flipkart executive will pick up the product from your doorstep within 48 hours.
  4. Post verification, Flipkart voucher to be issued within few hours as per the confirmed sell back value.

2. Cashify

Sell Used Mobiles is perhaps the most popular site in this niche. You can simply search for your phone or other gadgets (the website deals in desktops, Laptops, TV, Gaming consoles, Tablets, and iMacs), answer a few simple questions to define its condition and get your quote.

Mi exchange Program powered by Cashify: You can directly exchange old phones at Mi Home stores (available in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai) while buying new Xiaomi phones. Moswap is another such website that deals in second-hand electronic goods. What’s special here is that you can get an additional discount if you avail offers from a few other deal websites.

Atterobay is another such portal that trades in second-hand mobile phones. It’s the same drill here. Just enter specifics the phone you wish to sell, ask for a quote and if upon inspection the condition matches what you had described, you will get your money as a bank account transfer or as demand draft.

Karma recycling accepts devices in all conditions. If it isn’t working at all, you still get a minimal amount for recycling it.
