Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus appears to be in line to launch new addition as part of its Pegasus series of smartphones. The device, named as the ZenFone Pegasus 4A, came to the fore after alleged renders and possible specifications and pricing details leaked online.

For the record, the phone is expected to be one catering to the mid-range segment of the market, and also sport a dual camera setup at its back.

The aforementioned renders have also pointed towards a polycarbonate fashioned body, as well as a physical home button at the front (which could also quite possibly house the fingerprint sensor, too).

This would be accompanied by an expected 8MP selfie shooter. The OS would be the latest Android Nougat, while the Pegasus 4A is likely to be powered by a MediaTek MT6737V processor, with a 4GB RAM playing the supporting role.

On the back, there is a rumored 13MP + 8MP camera combo laid horizontally, accompanied by an LED flash on the right.

Apart from that, the phone is being touted to come in with a 5-inch HD display, and a 32GB inbuilt ROM.

The other tentative features of the Pegasus 4A include a 4,100mAh power unit, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual speakers at the bottom edge, 4G LTE connectivity and a micro-USB port.

Asus is expected to lift the lid off this phone sometime in July, while the expected price tag of the Asus Pegasus 4A has been expected to be around Rs. 17,000.
