Update: Amazon has officially announced the availability of the Apple TV app on Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Stick 4K. The Apple TV is also available on Roku and Samsung Smart TVs.

Earlier this year, Apple revamped its existing TV platform with an updated host of shows and movies from cable TV and streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime and Hulu. It also introduced an ad-free subscription-based service called Apple TV+ with on-demand, original content. Back then, the tech giant had proposed support for Amazon Fire TV, amongst several other third-party platforms in the future. Well, Apple TV is finally available on Amazon Fire TV Stick.

Amazon has also confirmed the availability of the Apple TV app on Fire TV streaming stick and the Fire TV Stick 4K. It has assured that the app will be supported by older Fire TV streamers, the Fire TV Cube, Fire TV Edition televisions, and the Nebula Fire TV Edition soundbar.

With the Apple TV app, you can access the vast iTunes library or the so-called Apple Music and Apple TV content. You can enjoy the Apple TV+ streaming service arriving this November at Rs.99/month. The payment, however, needs to be made via Apple devices and is not possible through Fire TV.
