Aamir Khan Launches Vivo V11 Pro In India: Waterdrop notch, in-display Fingerprint & More

Vivo India’s brand ambassador Aamir Khan officially took the wraps-off from the Vivo V11 Pro and Vivo V11. Both these phones have been in the news for some time now thanks to various speculations and leaks. It is worth mentioning here is that the Vivo V11 Pro is the same phone which company yesterday launched as Vivo V11i in Thailand.

Vivo V11 and Vivo V11 Pro Features

The Vivo V11 Pro became the first Vivo smartphone under Rs 30,000 to feature a ‘waterdrop’ style notch and in-display fingerprint sensor. Like all phones with under-display fingerprint sensor,  the Vivo V11 Pro also features an AMOLED screen that measures 6.41-inches. Vivo has packed a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset under the V11 Pro hood. The phone comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

As for optics, the Vivo V11 Pro features vertically aligned dual camera setup of 12MP primary sensor paired with a 5MP secondary sensor. The company has also added AI scene recognition which detects scenes and enhances the image accordingly. As for selfies, the phone gets a 25MP front camera with AI beautification. The phone also has IR based face unlock which as per company claims also unlocks the phone at night. As mentioned above, it also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentications.

Unlike most phone these days, the Vivo V11 Pro has a triple card slot, that includes a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 256GB). The phone supports dual SIM duaL VoLTE and draws power from a 3,400mAh battery. It also supports “dual-engine” fast charging to refill the battery quickly.

Vivo V11 Pro India Price, Availability, launch offers, and discounts

The Vivo V11 price in India is set at Rs 25,990 and it will be available on Amazon India, Flipkart, and Vivo stores. It comes in Gold and Starry Night color options.
