The driver can boost FPS up to 97 percent for any DirectX 11 and 12 game. The driver also includes video scaling technology and content-adaptive ML improvements.
The HYPR-RX technology simplifies and manages the interoperation of Fluid Motion Frames, Radeon Super Resolution, and Radeon Boost technologies to achieve a performance-stacking effect. Radeon RX 7600 XT’s encode/decode media engine unlocks new multimedia experiences with full AV1 support, wide color gamut, and high-dynamic range enhancements.
The Radiance Display Engine supports DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1a-based displays with higher refresh rates and resolutions. For instance, Assasin’s Creed: Mirage can reach 157 frames per second, whereas Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III can deliver 254 frames per second. These are average frame rates with AMD FSR 2 or 3 “Quality” mode + AFMF or Frame Gen feature enabled at 1080p video settings.
At 1440p, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage runs at about 126 frames per second, whereas Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III runs at around 182 frames per second. In terms of specifications, the graphics processor comes with 32 compute units, 32 ray accelerators, 64 AI accelerators, and 128 texture units. It has a typical board power rating of 190W.
