To compete with Jio, Airtel decided to revise its popular Rs. 349 recharge plan. The revised plan now offers prepaid users up to 42GB 4G data (1.5GB a day), instead of 28GB, and unlimited calling for 28 days.
This is the second revision to Airtel’s plan, who earlier announced 100 percent cash back on Rs. 349 recharge. This will help Airtel to take on Reliance Jio’s Rs. 309 plan, which offers 1GB data per day along with unlimited calls and SMSes for 49 days.
