Moto X Force with shatterproof display launched in India at Rs. 49,999

Motorola, a Lenovo subsidiary, has introduced its Moto X Force smartphone in India. The 32GB variant of Moto X Force will retail at Rs. 49,999 while its double sized 64GB variant will be shipped for Rs. 53,999. The smartphone manufacturer has roped in Amazon and Flipkart as online sales partner. It will also be available on Croma and Spice stores starting from February 8.

The main USP of Moto X Force is its display which comes with Moto Shatter Shield technology. The display comprises of a rigid aluminium core, flexible AMOLED screen, dual touch layer and water-repellent nano coating. The company is offering a 4-years replacement warranty on display including accidental damage.

The Moto X Force flaunts a 5.4-inch QHD display with a resolution of 1440x2560pixels. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core SoC ticking at 2GHz. Moto X Force features 3GB LPDDR4 RAM and comes is 32GB and 64GB storage options.

The phone draws power from a 3760mAh battery which coupled with 25W quick charger. For shutterbugs, it features a 21Mp primary shooter with dual LED flash and PDAF. At the front, it features a 5-megapixel front facing shooter with flash and wide-angle lens. It runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.
