The new Hyundai Alcazar will come in four models: Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature. From what it looks like, the variant-wise nomenclature will remain as the outgoing Alcazar, where Executive is the baseline trim, while Signature happens to be the top-end variant.

2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Exterior Changes

Life every other facelift, the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar comes with a cosmetic makeover. For instance, there are new connected DRLs on the front, along with H-shaped signature lighting. Then there’s the new darl chrome grille and a skid plate at the bottom. Although no one’s talking about it, the new grill and the bumper design resemble the Hyundai Santa Fe, a luxury SUV sold by the company in global markets.

Looking at the SUV from the side, one would notice the new roof rails and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. The vehicle also gets new accents and lines that run throughout its side panel, along with some cladding. At the rear, the SUV has a new connected LED tailbar, along with Palisade-inspired tail lights. Further, the rear bumper features an aggressive skid plate along with dual exhaust vents.

The new Alcazar will feature the same powertrains as the outgoing models, with two engine options: 1.5-liter turbo petrol and 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel. While the former can produce 158 bhp and 253 Nm of peak torque, the latter can generate up to 113 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The petrol engine could be paired with a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the diesel engine could be paired with a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
