Unprofessional staff demanding more money as mentioned
As we have purchased the A/C From Flip kart delivery was very fast but the installation people are very unprofessional without any id cards ,dress code and without any technical knowledge about the product . demanding more money and forced to buy local / low quality stabilizers ,wall mount stands cables and accessories . if we denied to purchase from this guy he threatened me that he should not provide the service for next 5 years in a very rude manner. when i said i will complaint to your authorities he smiled and said do what ever you want no body can't do anything for this reason i am afraid that i cant bare these type of people and company product . so please collect my product and refund the amount as early as possible. as you have not given the refund option for this type of unprofessional service we have select the other option and communicated our problem within the timeline.i am facing very much agony and lack of peace due to this issue .
