The AC was delivered on time. But Installation mechanic came after 7 days after rigorous follow up with Flipkart and Livpure. The mechanic does not know about Heka app and WiFi.He could not do that. Again to follow up with Flipkart/Livpure. I don't know when that will happen. Installation charge is very high. I have to pay 1599 for installation and another 1500 for misc. items. AC is functioning. Not faced any problems right now. let us see. Flipkart/Livpure should be serious for installation. Should send the mechanic who knows everything about the function.

ordered for my home. wifi is working or not I don't know and not tried, cooling is fine, installation guys should be professional for better installation and not mess up with walls. and on offer, I got free installation however they charged 500 rs + wall mount 850 + extra electrical items 300 = 1650, else everything is fine.

Don't buy this product as you might end up waiting for the installation to take place even for a month, and in the mean time the summer season could change to rainy. Can't add any review to this as not even unpacked the product from the day of delivery. Simply Disgusting. For the first time got to experience this on any e-commerce store.
