Delivery - Super quick delivery from Flipkart and complete marks for sturdy packaging and delivery. Product - Since it has only been a few days since installation so too soon to comment on the cooling aspect. The product design is simple and elegant and is appealing to eyes. Installation - This is the only pain process. While it started on a positive note with quick contact for installation, by the end of it turned out to be a nightmare. These was a serious un-ethical and unprofessional act from the technician where he tried to install a substandard interconnecting pipe and charge at the rates of superior quality pipe (same as the one provided by carrier). We had specifically asked for superior quality pipe. Upon getting caught, he had to make amends and get the right quality
