Redmi Note 11 Pro expected to arrive as Xiaomi 11i in India

Now that the Redmi Note 11 series has debuted in China, India might be its next stop. Some recent reports suggest that the India launch of the Redmi Note 11 Series is not too far away and the phones might come with different names for the Indian market.

Redmi Note 11 Pro & Note 11 Pro+ spotted

Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ models on the Google Supported Devices list with model numbers 2109111C for Redmi Note 11 Pro and 21091116UC for Redmi Note 11 Pro+.

Both the variants were also found getting the Indian BIS certification, TUV Rheinland certification, and were seen on the IMEI database too.

Today morning both these smartphones were spotted on Google Play Console listing, hinting at an imminent global launch.

Redmi Note 11 Series Rebranding

Reports state that since both Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ have not been registered under the Redmi branding anywhere, these might be Xiaomi smartphones for India. Unless there’s a change at the last moment, both these smartphones will come to India with a different name. This also means that there might be a separate Redmi Note 11 lineup for the country.
