flipkart is lier, there products is garbage now, don't buy anything from flipkart, they send old product on the rate of new one. I give order to buy band new Whirlpool 9.5kg semi automatic washing machine, but they send old one that have scratches and stains all over the machine. when i ask for refund the send another same old scratchy-stainy machine as a replacement. after 2 replacement the said you 10 of refund is over. I am going to take an legal action on them. you all people beware.

However, once the machine requires servicing—especially after the warranty period—the experience can be extremely frustrating. The technician assigned for servicing was **lazy, inefficient and unprofessional**, and the biggest problem is the **unavailability of spare parts**. Customers should not have to suffer for days or weeks simply because the required parts are not readily available. It can make the daily life of a household extremely difficult. In short, **the product is good, but Whirlpool’s after-sales service needs serious improvement**. The company should improve technician efficiency, professionalism and service response, and ensure that essential spare parts are readily available. **Good product, but disappointing after-sales service. Whirlpool needs to seriously revise and improve its servicing system.**
