Expected a better product
This dryer does the minimum it is supposed to do, but at a huge cost. I had purchased another of the same model 7 years back at half the cost and double the quality. But it is indispensable, so one has to bear the running expenses associated with it. The product, as usual with other buyers, was delivered quite damaged and dented but fortunately I was able to hammer and screw it back to shape (again because of the exceptionally thin sheet metal!) so didn't raise a return request. This dryer has the most minimal number of parts and hence doesn't require any frequent servicing, hence the company is encashing it's USP here. Overall it was an expected bad purchase experience of a necessary (quality depleted) product. Hope anybody at IFB (most consumer non-centric company in the last 5 years or so in my experience) would read this review and ignore it as usual along with other reviews!
