Not good
Me and my friend both bought this machine. The machine is good the as description and performing well. But the guys who are coming for installation are worst. They are trying to sell their products by saying they are mandatory if not machine won't perform well. 1000 liquid bottles and 1800 hard water converter, 700 machine cleaner. All together they are trying to stick 3500/-. For me I was at the time of installation, seen he was handing over them as if they are free. at my friend's home no males were there at the time of installation, now the problem came. The person arguing with them like they should buy all. what a worst experience, he called me to get clarity.. If this behaviour is not from technicians I would have given 5 out of 5 for the machine as it's worth it... I just degraded my rating again just because IFB people doesn't even have ethics. they should know to keep customer data confidential. now after complaint I received a call from some manager taking feed back and request to remove bad feedback to which I agreed and was waiting. now the person who installed on whom this complaint raised is now calling me. how come it can be possible if there is no mutual discussion and sharing information between manager guy and the installation guy.. wo pity on these people who shares customer information. I am going to proceed legally for sharing my information on complaint..

Horrible
worst mistake of my life to buy it from flipkart. Worst service ever. Bought this on 8th nov and deleivered on 18th. It was defetctive from then and i asked for replacement. Called flipkart several times for technician visit but no one came. Everytime they rejected replacement/ refund and updated customer happy issue resolved. At last had to call IFB cust care and got it resolved.
