Writing after 10 months usage. Machine is ok in general. Clothes loading was not comfortable when compared with senarato. Additive tray is not working properly. Totally not happy with vibration but it is due to stand that supplied by ifb. Stand is not good enough.

Better not to buy this product from flipkart. Will never shop with flipkart again. Worst Seller! Selling damage products. Worst Delivery Experience. Worst customer Care experience. On 22nd of november i rejected the order because it had dent on it. Delivery executive(Kapil Kumar) took it back as he also noticed the dent. After that i received a call from flipkart executive and he gave me two choices : 1) Cancel the order. 2) Accept the dented product and mark it for replacement. I paid 26999 Rs for this order and also applied citi bank card cash back offer of 2000rs. Eventually i bought it for 24999 Rs. So i do not want to cancel my order and reorder it again as i will loose some money. I accepted the second choice and ask him to deliver the dented product. It took 9 days to deliver this dented machine again. In between these 9 days i talked to almost 10 different flipkart guy explaing the same thing. Wasted my 4 hours in that. The worst part!! Now the product is out of stock and they are saying please return the order and take your money back. WHAT is this? Please stay on your words otherwise you guys will loose more good customers.
