Utterly Disappointed
Big mistake! So I got this washing machine back in 2015 and was hopeful that this would give me a good 5-6 years, but cut to 2018, the drum is scraped and plastic pieces (more like shards) keep getting stuck to clothes off the machine. It has been so for over 8 months now. The sound it makes is enough to drown out a class two explosion, and it has been over 4 months since I ran a spin cycle on the machine - not brave enough to do so. Finally, got rid of this machine yesterday after I exchanged it for a Bosch 7kg machine. Good riddance! Worst 14k spent!

very very nice product. I have bought 3 washing machines of this washing machines. was eagerly waiting for a correct order and last I got it. bought it for just 10k in exchange. 1 for me, 1 for my wife's parents and another for my parents. I have been using it since 8 months no probs till now. and gone through almost all models in the top brands but finally stopped at this product because of it's cheap and very efficient quality. if we take good care of it then it will have long Life.

More than a year now...using it regularly..Doing good. Had one belt cut in the first 6 months or so... But for this, I might have given 5 start. What I find strange for a fuzzy logic machine is that there is no overload indicator of any sorts to the user. Would be nice if Electolux takes note and provides it. Such a basic thing you would think. Spares such as the top waterproof P.E stickers and outlet drain pipes and inlet feed pipes must be easily available for different lengths. Will be good if company can point to such things. Keep the end use through the product life cycle in mind. Thanks...otherwise satisfied.
