Wonderful
Got my TV today and installation is done on the same day thanks flipkart and Jeeves for that. Coming to TV. Look and feel is really super and if you have HD set top Box or dish then view would be absolutely delightful to watch the TV. All are good, only issue here is that do not go for exchange policy with flipkart its totally useless procedure and quality check points they have. My old TV doesnt had any issue. But the delivery guy said there is a dot in my led screen on the top left corner he recorded a video of my TV playing and shared it with his colleague and he immediately said don't pick without even seeing the video. All they want is to reject you old product and get the cash.... Will update my further review after few days. To conclude tv is awesome for me but don't go with exchange offer with flipkart rest all is good. Good service and punctuality....thanks Deepak B

Horrible
While booking Flipkart gives a commitment of FREE INSTALLATION . Which is done by JEEVES . but the person who came to install the TV had NO IDEA of the features . The only thing he did was take out the TV from the box fix the legs and left. ( which any lay man or child can do. Also He did not carry any tools for wall mounting ) Also the customer feedback form was filled by him. Which is Unacceptable. I then called the VU CUSTOMER CARE but to my bad luck the Day the person came there was no electricity power. He promised that he will come again. Now when I told him that I am shifting to another location within the City, he said " IT WILL BE BETTER TO RE-BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND ASK THE EXECUTIVE TO COME FOR INSTALLATION AT THE NEW ADDRESS. " Now when I have shifted , I called FLIPKART they say since i have shifted and the address is not the same THEY CANNOT GIVE SERVICE, AND I SHOULD CONTACT VU CUSTOMER CARE THEY WILL SEND THE EXECUTIVE. NOW when contacted VU CUSTOMER CARE they said , pls write email and attach Invoice copy, so they can send the executive. Today Vu Customer Care writes CANNOT GIVE SERVICE. BUT IT'S CHARGEABLE. IN SHORT BOTH FLIPKART & VU CANNOT HONOUR THERE WORDS . ITS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT THAT I TRUSTED THESE 2 BIG NAMES. NOW TO USE MY TV FOR WHICH I PAID MORE THAN 37K , I HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO BOW TO THERE DEMAND AND PAY.
