Poor technical support and bad 4K upscaling
I have been using the TV for last 20 days now. The TV is only good for HD content. I tried to play few 4-K videos and also Netflix 4K content and here are my observations: 1. The UHD upscaling is poor. At times, you can see the faces blurring due to motion. HD upscaling though is fine. 2. As others have also pointed out, sound of TV speakers is a huge let down. 3. I tried to take help of technical support online for 4-K content issue and the ticket was raised after 3-4 calls. The technician acknowledged the problem and said to give an update in couple of days. However, the ticket was closed without providing any explanation. I did call the customer care and they had no clue of why the ticket was closed. The technical guy who came to my house is not picking my call :P. Well, long story short, it is a gamble to buy this TV. Some units will be good and some will be bad. And even if you get a good unit, not sure how many days will it last. I am stuck with it and not sure even if they replace it, the newer will be good, might even be refurbished one. Overall, not happy and will try to sell on OLX.

Waste of money!
I have repeatedly told you that you have snatched my hard earned money of the amount of Rs 36999/- and pushed me a defective , degraded , substandard product in the name of Google certified official Android TV , which needed to be replaced twice within a month . The real value of your product must not be more than Rs 2-- 3000/- . I have informed this fraud to Flip cart and will be compelled to inform others also . I have already requested you and Flipcart take back this downgraded product from me and give me back my hard earned Rs 36990/- which you took fraudulently as the price of this grade less TV . As I have to earn money by hard work and not by making fraud business as you , this money matters to me . I am requesting you and Flipcart do the needful and give me the full refund at the earliest and stop such fraud business at once .
