Utterly Disappointed
It doesn't play all type of video formats. It even won't play videos in the browser which they provided in built. If videos won't play what is the use of buying smart TV. Even in inbuilt apps like yupptv and YouTube it has problems like if we play movies in YouTube, it plays for some time and hangs. It won't move forward. My broadband speed is 40mbps, even though it is not playing the videos smoothly and in yupptv if you continue watching it for an hour or so it will throw an error like network failure, we need to restart the app. If possible replace my TV or else fix the issue. Don't go for vu. It will disappoint you.

it's been 13 months now and below are some detailed experience for your help (posted images of both SD & HD channels) It's working great you need HD channels for clear viewing delight. 43" perfect for a viewing distance of more than 8f. viewing angle is awesome no blurs or dullness. SD channel quality looks great from distance (close to 85 to 90% of HD quality) but if you are too close then you get to see some divided pixels (image posted), as I said viewing distance matters a lot. If you don't want HD channels then I would recommend to use at least a HDMI cable for better viewing experience (It will cost around 150 to 200 Rs in local market) RAC 3 pin will not give clear view it will show more pixelated images and lines on screen. If you don't have HDMI output in your DTH box then their is no meaning in investing in this TV your old CRT is better for such DTH box. Sound Quality is also good from table mount, not sure of wall mount because some user review mentioned they need some kind of obstacles for sound to hit and reach to you which is not possible in wall mount. Digital audio out is provided which is not compatible for regular home theater audio RAC aux in. instead of investing 500 rs in a digital to rac converter I would recommend to connect your HT directly to your DTH box audio out. For Airtel DTH subscribe. In general the installation engineer change the audio and video setting to 1080p and Dolby digital sound output in your DTH box for optimal output but their are some HD channels which do not support dolby digital audio thus you don't get audio for those channel so you will need to change audio setting to stereo in your DTH audio setup. hope you will find this review helpful

Worst experience with Vu
Started getting black patches at the bottom of screen and also there are vertical lines appearing on light background with in 2 months... Not at all satisfied.. Go with some reputed brands..
