Did not meet expectations
Recently I have bought this TV, the picture clarity and the sound was good but I had issues with the WiFi connectivity. In the TV specifications they showed that it connects to dual band WiFi but it's not connecting to 5ghz wifi as a result I'm having issues with the 4k picture clarity. I requested a replacement but the customer service is pathetic they're not helping me solve the problem. This is not expected from Flipkart 🙄

Initial First Week Review: The Thomson Oathpro Max 43 TV has been a really good purchase at its price. The bezel-less design looks good within the room, with very good picture quality and decent audio to not require external speakers in a mid-sized room. It has nice settings options, especially allowing to choose modes without having to delve into settings. Picture Quality: The TV has a very nice IPS LED screen with bright and fairly accurate color reproduction that should suit almost all users, very good 4K UHD and HD quality with no discernible lags, and even SD video looks surprisingly good, and does not appear grainy. Default picture settings can appear a bit harsh or blue toned, but the movie mode setting tones it to more natural hues. A dead pixel video playback showed no problems with the screen. The MEMC technology works really well, and makes everything look smooth, but most people may not be able to tell the difference without having another TV to compare to. The best places to observe this is in sports and wildlife channels. Audio Quality: The audio quality is decent and the 40W speakers are fairly loud for a mid-sized room. It has good mid range, but where the audio ends up lacking a bit is in the highs and super lows. All of this can be solved by a bit of manual tuning to increase the bass treble setting based on preference. Enabling the auto volume setting works wonders for movie dialogs or sports commentary. Do not expect amazing surround sound from the inbuilt speakers, but should work relatively well. Overall, the TV audio should be good enough for almost all users except for audiophiles, who probably spend more on sound systems than the cost of this TV and are a different segment altogether. Hardware & Software: The Android 10 interface is very clean and easy to use. I received updates as soon as I started my TV and connected to the internet. The OS works without lags, and there is no de-sync between audio and video even at 4K, which shows that the TV has enough RAM to easily run all apps and content. I had 4 GB free out of 8 GB storage when I received the new set with OS and preinstalled apps that take up the other 4 GB. This should be enough to download and install new apps from the play store. The remote is handy and very easy to use with minimal buttons. The voice recognition worked well in most cases. I did not observe any drop in WiFi but depends more on the signal strength available than the TV reception. The wall bracket mount needs 4 holes to be drilled, and was not spacing compatible with the other mounting holes already present. I chose to use the TV stands instead. They are nice but the TV top can get a bit shaky, especially if the TV table is moved. But this is not enough to make the TV topple over, only the TV top shakes a bit more due to it being so thin. If possible, go for wall mounting.
