plz dont buy in flipkart. i ordered sony TV on 4th APRIL. and it was deliverd on 14 APRIL, the flipkart said the installation was done on or before april 18, but the installer comes on 19 april. when the installer open the TV, the TV was damaged,i was shock, i raised return Request on 19 april, and they said we will send technician for uninstallation on or before 24 APRIL, but he came on 26 APRIL. I thought every process is complete, the flipkart gave pick up date on or before 1 MAY but no one come for pick up, so they postponed to 5 MAY, but on 5 MAY the seller cancel my return and refund and pick up Request, and they said 15 day replacement policy is over, then i raised a complaint in consumer court, and the flipkart customer care call me and he said dont raise complaint we will refund your money, when the TV reaches our warehouse, they said return the product from your end, but no courier is ready to deliver the TV, because they said the TV will be damaged, so i went 50KM from our local area to district, i returned the product and my amount will refunded on 21 MAY. Think once before buying the product from Flipkart, It takes 45 days to get my money because of the flipkart fraud. I never ever buy anything in flipkart,good bye flipkart.
