PLEASE DO NOT BUY REALME SMART TV, I BUY LED REALME TV AS 22 JUN'20 AFTER 12 DAYS AUTO OFF AUTOMATICALLY SO I RAISED COMPLAINT 3 TIMES FOR SAME THEY ASSURED ME FOR COME TECHNICIAN BUT TODAY 23 JUL'20 NO ONE COME FOR SAME. Product delivered on the correct date and installation was done within 2 hour of delivery. Highly satisfied with the delivery and installation team. The installation guy was friendly and explained each option after installation in detail. Now coming to the tv, the overall quality looks awesome and the remote is also a stylish one which feels good while holding. The picture quality seems good even with sd channels. You can adjust the display color and brightness easily from the settings and the colors look good in the display. I have purchased 32inch model so dont know the case in 43 inch. One thing to be noted is that, the tv doesn't seems to be supporting mkv formats which was disappointing, but we can download mx player or vlc player from palystore to solve that problem. Sound is very loud that I can't even test it with more than 60% and the 24 watt quad speaker performs really cool when we enable the dolby audio processing from the settings. It gives a good bass and quality when we enable that. At first when I used casting, the video seems to be lagging so much, but after an hour it started to work smooth. Now the cast is working perfectly without any lags. The connectivity through wifi is reliable and didn't faced any issue in that. Also there are no lags in the UI. The google assistant works like a charm. Really loved that feature. From my perspective the 32 inch model is way better value for money when it comes to the features it offer and picture quality. 100% sure that this is the best tv you can get in this price range (12999). If you are having more budget, nearly 20k, my suggestion is to purchase a 4k supported tv since many brands are offering 4k now a days. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and will recommend this to all.
