Average pic quality
the picture quality was not that good. The speakers are also low in volume. I did not find the product to be of good quality and though it is HD ready, even HD channels were not clear like HD. Disappointed.

Board is weak and requires replacement every 9 months. The service also very poor, getting comments from area service that they can provide only products which can withstand the warranty period as there are competitions in the market. Got the TV for 15k in Jan 2015. Now, replacing the board for the second time with in 2 years. Better plan for Sony for the quality.

Inside parts are from different brand
I purchased TV on Jan 2015 and it was going good but 1 April 2017 suddenly it stopped working, i checked with the customer care they said panel of the TV needs to be changed which costs 12000 rs. I checked with other technician he said only the outer things are Philips, rest are from different brand. There is a doubt that the products sold from Flipkart are genuine.
