This is not a Nokia product. It's flipkart product with Nokia badge. Video - 4/5 Audio - 5/5 Software - 1/5 * TV launches always with live tv input and not the Android Hub screen. User needs to exit everytime to go to Home screen * TV crashes and reboot quite often * Doesn't have low power standby support * Video & Audio codec error frequently seen in Android * After app upgrade, Google Voice search stopped working. Factory reset resolved it * HDMI ARC not supported. * WiFi supports only 2.4 GHz (Motorola TV supports both band) * WiFi is very sensitive. * If Ethernet option is disabled in settings, Wifi will get disconnected. * Picture quality not suitable for brightly lit room * Remote: Ease of Use 5/5 Durability : 2/5 PROS: Speaker well calibrated for Voice/Speech/Vocal (5 stars) Picture Quality in Android - 4 stars Sufficient space between TV & Wall after wall mount, easier access to connect HDMI, USB. Play mobile audio in TV Speaker through bluetooth. Supports NTFS HDD CONS: Service is handled by 3rd party contractors No Guarantee of Android upgrade. USB drives get heated up quickly If you run into technical issue in the first 10 days of purchase, only option is to get replacement. After doing lot of R&D I pen down on going ahead with Nokia tv 2020. After reviewing the tv thoroughly for almost three days I found this device value for money. Picture quality is crisp and colours looks punchy, blacks and whites are deep and sound is pretty good as this price point. I found the audio very good it fills the room and gives home theatre effect to great extent. Following are my Pros and cons of this tv. PROS: PICTURE QUALITY IS STUNNING watched lots of native content on Netflix and Prime and to my surprise it plays without any lag, buffering or audio sync issues and deserves the five stars. AUDIO IS GREAT AS WELL with the courtesy of Onkyo the legendary home theatre experts from Japan. CONNECTIVITY..Frankly speaking I am bit doubtful about single band wifi but it works very well not a single time it lost connectivity or buffering issues whatsoever (despite I am having 16 Mbps connection that too the router is placed in bedroom and my tv is set up in living room). Two way bluetooth is great as well. All the ports are working well. CONS: Thankfully, I have not found any cons as of yet. Final verdict: GO GET IT WITHOUT HAVING ANY SECOND THOUGHTS. FLIPKART delivery, installation and demo is as good as their service. PS: Do purchase three year extended warranty along with the TV.

Nokia QLED TV 55 inch : BUY ON FLIPKART TO TRY YOUR LUCK & IF IN THE MOOD OF SELF TORTURE.
Based on the positive reviews on YouTube & good price value for specification, I ordered Nokia QLED TV 55 inch on flipkart. I received the TV on the committed date. THAT IS THE ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT MY PURCHASE! On the committed day of installation, I waited the whole day at home, tried to call installation team numbers - no one picked up & at the day end I got a message saying that the installation was cancelled. After that there was no update wotsoever about the next installation date. Then I called the support center, where the automated call bot arranges a call back instead of immediately connecting to the customer care. Super frustratingly, you have no clue when they would call & when they call - they call center is so bad that either you can't hear them or their line gets disconnected in between. After multiple calls, i managed to speak the flipkart customer care person - who assure a solution in 3-4 working days. As of now the TV is just like a showpiece as it can only be installed and started by flipkart people otherwise the warranty is void. I am so frustrated, that i went to cancel the order but there is only replacement & no return. I have written to top people at flipkart & nokia, about this matter, but they seem least bothered. I posted this message on those youtube videos that reviewed Nokia QLED TV 55 but strangely my comment does not show anywhere. SO LONG STORY SHORT - ONLY BUY TV FROM FLIPKART IF YOU WANT TO TRY YOUR LUCK & IN THE MOOD OF SELF TORTURE.
