I had 2 branded led TVs both of 32inches in the past. the 1st being Sony HD bought in 2012, which lasted only for 3yrs. Later we had a problem with the screen. the screen was flickering on and off. When we called the service center he said complete panel has to be changed which costs 20000/-. so I abandoned the TV and gave it got exchange worth of 2000/- and bought Samsung led TV(full hd) in 2015. And this TV lasted for only 3years, and again we got the problem with the screen, it was displaying vertical lines over the image, so we called customer care and again he said the panel replacement would cost 20000/- odd. So I abandoned this TV and I lost hope on super branded TVs as previous experience with Sony and Samsung was very very bad. Now I have decided to buy only budget TV, so bought this Micromax TV(32inch full hd). and it is been 1year and it is doing good so far without any issue. So I would suggest to go with budget TVs as there is no guarantee for branded TVs.

Earlier I had Led TV 32in (35k+) but it lasted for 3 years and after I called the service guy I've been told that, I need to change the panel or something which costs 20k at least, so I decided to go for Micromax 32in which I brought it for 13k on may'17, for which the warranty is 3 years, The installation guys attended our house within 24 hours and did everything fine not charged a penny. So here it is guys there is no problem with the TV till date (after 1.5+ yrs), great picture quality, great sound, perfect connectivity and yeah we are using this TV for at least 13-14 hours per day. Frankly Micromax TV became a part of our family. So if anybody planning buy a 32in Tv then please go for Micromax. Thanks Micromax., Thanks Flipkart for your valuable service.
