Don't waste your money

hi marq could you help me to do picture settings in this TV . I am not getting good quality of SD,HD,4K video . I have fixed new Airtel DTH connection (hd setup box) and I downloaded a video in YouTube (4k video ) and checked picture quality remain same . I have only way to go return policy. after raising a picture quality issues technician came and inspect he told that problem in DTH so I changed new DTH and found same problem . again I raised a complaint one more technician came and inspect he told that having panel problem . flipkart rejected my replacement policy also . if we call flipkart customer care they are telling call marq customer care very worst support from both still I am waiting for one month I didn't got any solution Daily I am making call to customer care but no proper response . my suggestion is don't buy this marq brand go for someother brand........ don't waste money . quality is very worst

Waste of money!

Accidentally my daughter dropped the TV remote and it broke from that point 03 Jan 2019 till date I am still calling Mar Q support their local partners every day but they are yet to sent be a remote. Service is pethatic I told them I will pay for the remote on day one of my request but still they didn't send me a remote. The TV doesn't have a physical volume control buttons which is making my life hell not able to use the TV for last 18 days.😤😤😤😭😭😭😭
