I had been returned it but canceled return by flipkart why ? you could not install TV in suitable time customer care person s only talking good but misguided me I changed my address witch is asked by customer care but useless all so I am going to Zero star and I have told to give five star by flipkart's representative. so don't go on star to buying any products form flipkart

In spec they given it will support .mkv format but it is not supporting. No audio is coming. Cheating the customer with spec sheet. Totally disappointed. Bottom stand mounting screw is worst quality. after removing completely screw damaged.

Useless product
Excellent TV. You can blindly go for it. But horrible part is delivery and installation. Delivery person didnt even bother to carry inside. He dropped the package outside the gate and i alone carried it till 2nd floor on stairs. Installation technician is even more horrible. He doesnt even know to operate the drill, he spoiled my wall + he was pushing me but some other stand with extra features for 1500 when i told no he damaged my wall with poor drilling. Flipkart should reconsider with who they are associating.
